This is a service that is available to all individual and small business members and their dependents and can be accessed through the Virtual Doctor from the AXA service.
I’m a member of the AXA, how do I go about using this service?
After initially discussing your need and health concern with your doctor, you will e referred to the Mind Health team and a consultation with a psychologist will be arranged at a time that suits you. With the integration of Virtual Doctor, it will be easy for members to have the access to expert help in Mental and Physical Health.
